How to get a photo that won't be rejected
- Photo: recent, colour, facing the camera, plain white or light background, no cap or dark glasses, face filling most of the frame.
- Signature: sign on plain white paper with a black (or blue, if allowed) pen, in your normal running handwriting, not capital letters. Photograph it in daylight, straight from above.
- Thumb impression: use a stamp pad, press firmly on white paper, and make sure the lines are visible.
- Check the preview before you submit, and don't swap the photo and signature.

Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens inside your browser. Your photo never leaves your phone or computer.
Why is the file a bit bigger than the image alone?
Some forms need a minimum size (like 10 KB) that a small, simple image doesn't reach. In that case the tool adds harmless padding inside the JPG so it meets the minimum. The picture itself doesn't change.
SSC, UPSC and RRB ask for a live photo. Do I still need this?
For the live photo, no: you take it through the portal with your camera. You still upload a signature (and sometimes other documents), so use the signature presets.
My exam isn't listed. What do I do?
Choose "Custom size" and enter the width, height and KB range from your notification.

How do I reduce signature size to 10–20 KB?
Sign on white paper, take a clear photo, choose a signature preset and turn on Clean up signature. The result is a sharp JPG between 10 and 20 KB.
How do I make a passport size photo for an online form?
Use a recent photo against a plain light wall, choose your exam's photo preset, and drag and zoom so your face fills the frame. Add name and date below if your exam asks for it.
Can I resize an image to 100 KB or 200 KB?
Yes. Choose Custom size and enter the size limits from your form, for example a maximum of 100 KB or 200 KB.
